Employer interviews shortlisted candidates.
Receipt of approval and necessary documents from the employer.
Arrange orientation & pre-departure briefing. Assist in social insurance, register for the Social Security Fund (SSF), Welfare Fund and final departure formalities.
Transport workers to the airport, manage ticket bookings and ensure proper placement upon arrival at the destination.
Secure pre-approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE) for the recruitment process.
Shortlist candidates based on employer needs.
Selected candidates undergo medical examinations and submit necessary documents as per employer requirements.
Selected candidates receive invitation letters from the employer and visa processing begins
This includes 2–3 days orientation program covering recruitment procedures and issuance of departure documents.
